CAR CLASSES: Redskins Rides is open to all vehicle classes. The following classes will be judged for trophies:
- Classic
- Import
- Custom
- Exotic/Sports Car
- Special Interest
- Redskins Ride (Players’ cars only)
TROPHIES: This year there will be 24 trophies- 10 people’s choice trophies, 11 class trophies chosen by judges, and 3 small trophies for Best Paint Job, Oldest Car, and Most Redskins Pride . Best in Show and People’s Choice 1st Place will receive 34” trophies. Other trophies range from 6″-27″. All entrants will receive a certificate of entry for Redskins Rides 2010. Judging will be conducted by a panel of 4 experienced car show patrons.
CAR REGISTRATION: Each car entry comes with four admission tickets and at least two raffle tickets. The show begins at 12pm, cars may arrive as early as 8am. Juding will take place between 1-3pm. Awards will be given out starting at 5pm.

I would like to enter my car in the 2009 Redskins Rides show. It is a 1965 Mercury Comet that has had a full “pro-touring” restoration. The engine is a new Ford 5.4L supercharged engine from the GT500. The chassis is an Art Morrison Max G chassis. Everything else (transmission, wheels, stereo, interior, etc., etc.) has been updated. It has been a three-year build that is just being completed now (the car is being delivered to me next week). The Comet will be featured in an upcoming issue of Popular Hot Rodding, and I think it would be great for the show. I own a 1997 Porsche 911S with 21k miles (it is mint). Turbo fin, RUF wheels. I use a wheelchair, so it also has been modified by adding hand controls. It came in 2nd place in the only car show I have entered (Cruisin’ Virginia Beach Car Show)

I would like to enter my 1985 caprice classic. My car contains the following: An extremly nice custom paint job, a 3 inch lift kit, 24 inch wheels with matching custom painted dust covers to match the car, 3 flip down down tv screens, 1 in-dash flip up tv screen, brand new custom interior consisting of the cookie monster as the theme, with the front and back seats done along with the door panels, and customized exaust system. My car has appeared in the funk master flex show and competed in the donk magazine donk off in myrtle beach. I can definatly supply a picture.

No car show is complete without a British sports car entry. The Redskin players are too young to know these sports cars from the 1950′s and 1960′s. But the “mature” Redskin fans will surely like to see my 1967 Austin Healey 3000 Mark III convertible sports car. It is light blue over cream color with classic chrome accents. The car has completely original body and drive train but with new interior and updated knobs and dials. The body styling on this sports car is “curvaceous” and the chrome wire wheels are gleaming.
I was at this event last year and it was a fantastic time and a great show of cars!!

Been a Redskins fan since I was a little kid and would love to bring my car out for this event. I have 1993.5 MKIV Supra Limited Edition, very clean, very fast, single turbo upgrade with lots of engine dress up, racing hart M5 wheels, recaro race seats and can provide pictures. My car was used to film the 2008 promotional video at the Caps Center, the red 1970 Cadillac Convertible in the “Rock the Red” theme. You see this car at every Caps home game up on the screen.
